Aspell and old German orthography

Hi,

There exists no .exe file for any language, it's
ending is something related to aspell, but no .exe.
On http://tkltrans.sf.net you can find an .aff/.dic 
pair for old and new german orthography (combined).
You must convert them to an aspell usable file,
and then you have, what you want. Aspell users guide
explains, how to convert oO .dic/aff pair into aspell 
dicionary format.

I'm looking for an .exe file for Windows from Aspell with the old German 
orthography (1901) befor 1996. If somthing like this exists pleas send a 
link to me.
