Need help in decompressing cwl files

Hi All: I needed a dictionary word list (in text) am trying to decompress the cwl file to a txt file in windows. I read throught the messages and people had suggested to use preunzip utility to decompress the file. My questions are: 1. Can we use preunzip in windows? 2.
