Aspell for freemind

I would like to use Aspell for Freemind, a mind mapping tool.  The
nodes are basically formatted like this:

<node CREATED="1238966957718" ID="ID_1515189727"
MODIFIED="1238966963046" TEXT="Branch 2.1">

where TEXT includes the node description that needs spell-checked.

The test file is located at
http://runningutes.googlepages.com/MindMap_Test_File.mm, with a screen
capture at http://runningutes.googlepages.com/MindMap_Test_File.png.

I have tried --rem-sgml-check=node and --rem-sgml-check=text in the
hopes that this would work, but not yet. I know that I need to use the
-H option, since notes attached to nodes are in html format.

What commands would work to spell check this file?
