When you spell-check a file containing those words, option (a) will add that word to your personal dictionary. Otherwise, changes in your global aspell-ta dictionary will be lost when package is upgraded. If you think those are valid words that are missing from the dictionary you should also report that upstream or indirectly to the maintainer of aspell-ta package (better through the Debian Bug Tracking system by means of reportbug, in the reportbug package).
