GNU Aspell dictionaries?

Hi,
 
I am trying to download the available dictionaries for GNU Aspell at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/0index.html, but I cannot get
access to it. My browser shows the following error message:
 
421-Access denied - wrong user name or password
421 aborted
 
Can you please tell where of how I can obtain access the GNU Aspell
dictionaries?
