Cannot get Aspell to Work With Notepad ++ 5.9.2

I keep getting the error message that is attached.  Not sure how to fix it,
I have downloaded and ran the executable at the site, just for the English
dictionary.

All I want is for Notepad to check my spelling - and I have a 64 bit Windows
7 machine.

Screenshot included.  I am not sure how to make a 'correction to the
relative path' of Aspell - but I copied the ...Aspell\bin line (as pictured)
and appended that to my file as it was installing - in other words, when
prompted to name the path.

I did that after installing the first time and it didn't work.

Help would be appreciated, thanks!
