personal word list and master dictionary (need help)

Hello,

i'm using pspell with PHP on OpenSuse
I succesfully created a personal word list working with language "fr".
can i have a list of suggest without the word list of language and only my
personal word list ?
if i understand, maybe i must create a master dictionary.
i tried this : aspell --lang=fr create master /srv/www/msp/log/pspell3.rws
< /srv/www/msp/log/pspell2.pws
but the following steps are a little bit confuse for me.

and everything seem to start with setting a language in pspell
