Notepad++ v5.9.8   VS.   aspell-en-0.50-2-3.exe

I am running XP pro.  I cannot get Notepad++ v5.9.8 to accept the this 
speller. NP++ wants to see _*aspell-15.dll*_ and wants a path to it.
After running the aspell-en-0.50-2-3.exe , there is now a folder under 
program files, but there are no dll's .  I searched to entire HD and 
found none

Any help is appreciated.
