Dictionary updates for French?

Hello,

The aspell-dict-fr package is outdated.  You=E2=80=99d think it=E2=80=99s o=
kay because
French rarely changes anyway, but the package lacks the =E2=80=9C1990 refor=
m=E2=80=9D
variant of French.

There are Hunspell dictionaries for this and other variants of French.
Is there a way Aspell could be made to use these, or could these be
converted into Aspell=E2=80=99s native format?  Or perhaps there=E2=80=99s =
another way
to achieve this?
