In bayonne 1.2 series some special things were done to handle fxs ports
and even things like call transfer and ring management. These are not
incorporated in bayonne2 in any form yet, though I have some ideas about
some of these things. At the moment, bayonne2 treats a station pickup
as an incall event but otherwise handles the fxs ports on the
voicetronix the same as fxo otherwise.
