Experimental RPM yum repository setup for centos4, etc...

I have setup an experimental repository at:

http://dist.gnutelephony.org/RPMS

There are currently some limited library builds for centos2 available,
and a currently complete gnu telephony build, including bayonne2, at
centos4.  The .repos files found there can be used for information on
how to setup yum for each repository.
