Generally I think it is easiest these days to work with centos-2.1.  You
will need to download and install the Dialogic runtime sdk 5.1 and
follow the directions in the dialogic install section of the Bayonne
1.2.x manual.  Any Intel/Dialogic span card with voice resources should
work with Bayonne.
