Help with commands: transfer, dial, join, recall, pickup

Hi everyone. I'd like to know where I can find a tutorial that lets me
learn how to use all the dialing, answering, and transferring commands. In
the Script Programming Guide, I only find the syntax of the commands, but
I need to see some sample code.
