You initiate the call, either by sending a command to the control fifo, 
or using "start" from the tcp monitor.  You would send something like 
"start number script".  The number is a uri, and can be a sip uri for 
the sip driver, like sip:100, or like pstn:xxx for a trunk driver.  The 
script must have at least one valid select select command, which is how 
the port is selected for physical trunks, or the proxy is selected for 
sip calls without a host specified.
