Keydata, that classic data key config container, becomes finally dynamic
in the soon to be released Bayonne2 2.2.0, where one can reload/replace
key pairs at runtime as part of a server reload along with scripts.
This finally makes full dynamic runtime reconfiguration of the server
possible to achieve without downtime. I may eventually look at fully
dynamic loading and unloading of modules and drivers during runtime as
well in the future.
