D240JCT-T1 outbound ??

Hello! I do hangup immediately after sending though 
I try to send the telephone by using D240JCT-T1.

The reason is not understood somehow. 
Please teach when someone knows.  

A part of "dialogic.cfg" and the trace 
when actually sending it is described as
