Re: GC ERROR: GlobalCall not started - call gc_Start() before any other GC function

You must exec the environment Dialogic script /usr/dialogic/bin/setenv.sh 
before launching bayonne.
Here we put this execution in /etc/init.d/bayonne to avoid depending on the 
way of launching Bayonne.
