postgres support

Hi,

im trying to get postgres 7.4.1 work with bayonne but im having problems 
with libpq++ stuff.
when i run configure script i get these error:

checking libpq++.h presence... yes

etc...

i have downloaded, compiled and installed libpq++-4.0-1.tar.gz from 
http://gborg.postgresql.org/project/libpqpp/download/download.php
but i dont know if it is the rigth package... is the only from that project.
there is another project related to C++ postgresql interface named libpqxx 
but i dont know if it would work with bayonne.
there is somebody using bayonne and postgres >= 7.3.x?
im using bayonne-1.2.11, ccaudio-1.1.1, ccscript-2.5.6, commoncpp2-1.0.13 
and postgresql-7.4.1(installed with rpm's) on a redhat-8.0.
