Where to download a voice library?

Hello,

I'm trying to download a "SpanishF" voice library from 
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bayonne/ but the "voices" directory seems to be 
inaccessible. Does anyone know of a mirror I could use? Thanks!
