Re: Bayonne 2 Dialogic support under Linux/Win32

I had trouble testing it here because I would not get a ring event back 
(analog card).  I have not tried building it on w32 yet, though the 
bayonne 2 version already uses the new event message port stuff rather 
than posix pipes, so it should be a much easier w32 build.
