About Record codec

hi!
I can record file on bayonne2.0.3.1 ,but I hear the murry voice and
slow voice when I replay it.  I use the g.711 alaw or g.711.ulaw ,they
have the same noise and slow voice.
I use bayonne 2.0.3.1 server and gnomemeeting and h323 driver to test that!
if  I use the soundcard driver, I reord nothing!
how can i do ? thank you !
