All cvs for both original and new versions have been consolidated under:

cvs.gnutelephony.org:/cvsroot/gnutelephony

which for now maps to

cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/gnutelephony

though if we do get a seperate server someday it will no longer need to 
be mapped.
