I did not try 6.1 yet because I can still buy cheap pci springware
board.

Also, I am not sure if there is a solution to this limitation with 5.1.

Just for clarification here, are we saying that Dialogic 5.1 cannot be
effectively run on a system with more than 512 mb of RAM?  Does anyone
know if this extends to 6.1 as well?
