[binutils-gdb] bfd: fold kvx-*-linux* entry

    bfd: fold kvx-*-linux* entry
    
    It's identical to the more generic kvx-*-*. Similarly its entry in the
    ${targ_cpu} case statement is redundant with the "*" one at the bottom.
