    gas: distinguish local symbol flavors when printing symbols
    
    Ordinary symbols fulfilling S_IS_LOCAL() criteria aren't the same as local
    symbols. Make sure one can tell them apart in print_symbol_value()'s (and
    print_expr()'s) output.
