[PATCH] aarch64: Remove cast from struct initializer

Here is a patch that removes the cast.  I haven't tested whether it fixes the
compilation issue.  I was hoping to reproduce the error on godbolt.org, but I
have been unsuccessful.

Can you let me know if this fixes the issue for you?
