Re: Release 2.47 of the GNU Binutils is now available

Hi

I am updating the RTEMS Source Builder to use the new binutils and
noticed that it is binutils-2.47.tar... where binutils 2.46 included a third
component in the version .. binutils-2.47.0.tar...

Was this intentional?
