Maciej already asked on v1 to correctly attribute authorship. The above is in
conflict with what (at least) patch 1 says. Further, do you have a copyright
assignment in place with the FSF? If not, a contribution of this size and
impact has to come with proper S-o-b (aiui of everyone who have contributed
to the respective piece of work) on every patch.
