elflink.c: remove duplicate dynobj assignment

	* elfnn-kvx.c (kvx_elf_create_got_section): Don't set dynobj.
	* elfnn-loongarch.c (loongarch_elf_check_relocs): Don't repeat
	dynobj assignment already done.
