Hi, RTCP packets are automatically generated and sent according to the
standard bandwidth constraints. You can see the code that fills in RR
blocks within RTCP compound packets in the source file control.cpp,
method QueueRTCPManager::dispatchControlPacket(void).

Do you need to generate custom RR blocks for some low-level operation?
