windows build link error - no soln?

Hi,
   I've been trying to build on windows but the project files included
don't compile due to errors relating to the ost class and dll's,
etc... like

ccrtp\oqueue.h(71): warning C4251:
'ost::DestinationListHandler::destList' : class 'std::list<_Ty>' needs
to have dll-interface to be used by clients of class
'ost::DestinationListHandler'....

and a missing ccgnu2.lib file.  These issues have been brought up
numerous times (search archives for ost) and no one seems to have been
able to figure out what's wrong.  Has anyone managed to build ccrtp
for windows?  any help much appreciated.
