Build error with commoncpp2-1.3.27

I received reports from users who tried to built my softphone against
commoncpp2-1.3.27. They got the errors below.

I am still running 1.3.21 and then the build works fine.
Is 1.3.27 not backwards compatible with 1.3.21?
