Patches and files for SRTP support

All,

attached a file that contains patches an files for SRTP support
in ccRTP.

the file ccrtp-Srtp-1.patch contains the patches to existing ccrtp
code.

The rest contains new files that implement SRTP and the crypto
functions.

As discussed in a previous mail we need to enhance error reporting.

Additionally some we need some enhancements to configure SRTP in
case of small, embedded systems. If somebody knows about small and
efficient AES, SHA* and Diffie-Helman implementations we could
use those instead of openSSL - this would be nice for embedded
systems as well.

If there are any problems during code integration just drop
a email.
