cross compiling current ccrtp to other arch's (MIPS, ARM, etc)

Hi all,

I am cross compiling on a debian i386 for a MIPS embedded target.

I'm making progress but it's clear there are host-side includes
where they don't belong. Also I'm finding it hard to run the
verification examples in the .../demo subdirectory.

My build environment is openWRT (http://www.openwrt.org). If you
have successful cross-compile experiences you'd like to share
please contact me on or off list.
