Would anyone please provide an rfc2833 compilant rtp session package?

Dear all,
I'm trying to implement rfc2833 based on ccrtp.
But I can't find from rfc2833 clearly if my dial number and audio data
are sent from the same rtpsession object or not.
Would anyone please help me or explain it for me?
