Is there a FAQ or HOWTO on building ccRTP for win32? I've read the
README in the win32 directory but it seems out of date with the current
version of commoncpp and ccRTP.

I've also noticed that the traffic on the list is real slow, is this
project even being worked on anymore? Should I direct my
efforts/patches elsewhere?
