On PPC Mac OS X 10.5.8, Leopard, Coreutils-9.5 already worked OK, coreutils-9.7.39-c8d75.tar.gz does the same, and tests show only one failure in env-S with __CF_USER_TEXT_ENCODING, as on Tiger, PPC Mac OS X 10.4.11.
