MyXaml renders on DotGNU

Hi ,

I've been hacking on System.Xml and Reflection all 
through last night ... and finally have got this
simple
MyXaml example up and running.

It still doesn't generate events properly or do 
runtime compilation of inline C#... but it's fine
for now.
