libjit imported into CVS

I have imported the libjit sources into Portable.NET's CVS server under the 
module name "libjit".  I've also set the version number to 0.0.1, indicating 
the first working version leading up to a 0.0.2 release version.

All pnet developers with CVS write access also have write access to libjit.
