Manpages and infopages for cscc (and possibly other programs)

I noticed that the manpage for cscc is not in sync with the infopage for cscc 
(under pnettools). Many of the parameters for cscc are not listed in the 
manpage, and it might not be obvious to new developers that "info pnettools" 
is the page to look for documentation about cscc.

Is there any automatic way of generating new manpages?

Also, is it possible to make "info cscc" take the user to the appropriate 
place in pnettools or at least point in that direction? (There is no separate 
info page for cscc, so "info cscc" currently generates an error.)

Similar issues might hold for some of the other tools.
