Klaus Triechel is added to Portable.net developers

Hi,

I'd like to congratulate Klaus Triechel who is now
added as a developer to the dotgnu-pnet project in 
savannah .

The CVS rules are

#1)"Don't break CVS HEAD" 
#2)"If you break it, you fix it "
#3)"If you need help, ask"
 
I'll be watching your first few patches , to just
make sure that you don't miss anything. I'll be 
on irc if you need me .

You can start your commits by checking in your #3082
patch to UpDownControls .
