CreateObject In JScript

Not sure who is the maintainer of JScript, but here
goes...

I recently implemented the CreateObject function in
GlobalObject.cs and was able to test it running a
sample js file.

Now, I am wondering what is the best step to move this
forward. How will the accounting of objects returned
by CreateObject() get handled? What about the infer
type of these symbols?

Note also that I've modified several .cs files to
implement the 'using' production, which provide early
binding as compared to late binding via
CreateObject().
