It's in CVS now. But I'm rethinking a bit of the
ThemeManager detection code , I'd like to load 
stuff like System.Windows.Forms.Themes.Qt.ThemePainter
Instead of just S.W.F.Themes.ThemePainter from all
assemblies .

> ilrun FormsTest.exe
> --theme=System.Windows.Forms.Themes.Qt

I suggest an -L path as well :)
