NUnit20 enabled for Ml-pnet

Hi,

I've just enabled nunit20 builds in ml-pnet. Now
pnetlib installs its own nunit-console into your path.

Please let me know if anyone runs into any problems
with it. I've run a few sample test assemblies through
it . Due to the lack of XSLT , you can use /xmlconsole
to work around that problem.
