Portable.NET 0.6.8 for Windows released

The latest version of Portable.NET for Windows is now ready and available for download from http://mil-sim.net/files/pnet

Windows release highlights:

    * Compilers (C, C#, Java and VB) and development tools
    * Portable.NET Library
    * C libraries for Portable.NET
    * Mono libraries

As with the previous version, this release includes the CorEE dynamic link library (mscoree.dll) allowing you to execute .NET applications without the need of typing 'ilrun' on the command prompt.
