IDE for Portable .Net

Hi,

I'm currently evaluation Mono and Portable .Net for a future project. 
I'm currently leaning towards Portable for several architectural
reasons and also for the Win Forms support. My question is this, is
there an IDE for Portable available. If not is it possible to hack
MonoDevelop to use it. Or would I be better off with Eclipse?
