Parsing *.msstyles

Some days ago i remember that i had read here in
somewhere the posibility of parsing *.msstyles files
so PNet SWF implementation could have native look and
feel on WXP (correct me if i wrong), well i've found
this interesting project on KDELOOK.org

It's about using msstyles on linux but in could be
used by PNet i think.

PS: Sorry for not being more helpful (i would to
contribute with more than this), but right now this is
