who are the members of the DotGNU steering commitee?

The DotGNU web page mentions the DotGNU Steering Commitee in several
places but does not, as far as I can tell, say who the members are.

1) who are the current members?
2) who are the past members?
3) how does one become a member?
4) can a member be forced out somehow?
  a) by current members?
  b) by "the public", i.e. contributors or users of DotGNU?
  c) by seomeone specially appointed?
