Normally there's no significant delay... however there was recently
a delay as Mailman got stuck on a piece of spam with invalid MIME
structure or something, and all dotgnu.org lists were stuck until I
rm'd the offending spam email from Mailman's qfiles dir.  I'll
upgrade to the newest stable release of Mailman soon, that'll
hopefully prevent the problem from reoccuring.
