Controls do not work, too. See the executable file from this link:

The form from this example shows two window controls and
buttons to set background colors and transparency key.
And, the form has default 75% transparency.

You can use it for tests in your development. The archive
includes Visual Studio source code project.

And, a suggestion: currently PNET (for windows) draws fonts
smoothly and ignores the system settings of the display.
